After months of freedom from emotional eating and binge eating, she starts over eating again. One of the biggest triggers to emotional eating is thinking you've done something wrong by eating. We discuss the pull back into the disordered body-diet syndrome and the misery of having anxiety, worry, fixation, and fear about food is because she's worried she's going to gain weight. Before, she had accepted her weight and with that came immense freedom. But as soon as she started worrying about weight gain, the insanity instantly returned, and so did her impulse to over eat.
