WWU - TrepidtionEasy Weight Loss

I'm writing this on Tuesday and I'm tired and my stomach feels funny.  I wonder if I'm nervous about going to PT tomorrow - it'll be my first visit back since surgery.  I'm ready and willing to do whatever Amanda says but at the same time my dang leg is still hurting, so what will that feel like with movement and stretches? 

I am getting my hair done in the morning, before my appointment, so at least I'll look good even if I don't feel good, har.  I want to feel better; it's been four weeks since surgery and this is getting old.  I haven't even set up a time to workout with Jared because everything hurts and I'm dying.  OK it's not that bad but I haven't had a day where I didn't have pain since last February.  Even though it's not blinding like it was a few months ago, it's constant, and I feel worn down, which is ironic since I don't do anything more than walking.
