SURVIVING NARCISSISTIC ABUSE, ALCOHOLISM, AND AN EATING DISORDEREasy Weight Loss

Robin describes co-narcissism or vulnerable narcissism at the start of this session. This information is in Robin's book, Body Supremacy: Exploring the Torments of Eating Disorders as a Syndrome.
This client had to help raise her brothers as a teenager because her parents were alcoholics and weren't emotionally or physically available. In this session, we discuss her resentment and the victim mentality that she continues today. How can she recover from the eating disorder she's coping with, if she doesn't have compassion and forgive her parents? RECORDED MARCH 2019
